2012 Federal Holiday ACH/Wire Transfer Processing Schedule
Listed below is the schedule of Federal Holidays that Columbia Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank will observe in 2012. Please keep these dates in mind when processing/scheduling your ACH and Wire Transfer files. Columbia Bank requests your cooperation in submitting your ACH files two days in advance of these scheduled holidays. A copy of this schedule should be provided to all staff that interacts with ACH or Wires.
Additionally, we will have early closure on the following days. On these days, ACH files transmitted by e-mail or fax are to be submitted by 2:00 PM (exception: Dec. 24th, by 1:00 PM). International Wire Transfers are to be submitted by 2:00 PM and Domestic Wire Transfers be submitted by 3:00 PM (exception: Dec. 24th, by 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM respectively).

- President's Day - Monday, February 20 (Early Closing 3:30pm, Friday, February 17)
- Memorial Day - Monday, May 28 (Early Closing 3:00pm, Friday, May 25)
- Independence Day - Wednesday, July 4 (Early Closing 3:00pm, Tuesday, July 3)
- Labor Day - Monday, September 3 (Early Closing 3:00pm, Friday, August 31)
- Columbus Day - Monday, October 8
- Veterans Day - Monday, November 12
- Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 22 (Early Closing 3:00pm, Wed., Nov. 21 and 3:30pm, Friday, Nov. 23)
- Christmas Day - Tuesday, December 25 (Early Closing 2:00pm, Monday, December 24)
- New Year's 2013 - Tuesday, January 1 (Early Closing 3:00pm, Monday, December 31)
