Signing Up for eStatements

No waiting for paper statement to arrive by mail
Statements can be saved on your computer and printed when needed
5 Years worth of e-Statements

  • You must first be a Columbia Bank Online (personal or small business) customer, which is absolutely free to you.
  • Simply login to Online Banking and click on the Online Statement button.
  • Once you read and accept the disclosure, you will be enrolled to receive your monthly online statements.

Online Bill Pay and Presentment

  • Online Bill Pay is FREE for Consumers and Businesses (Fees apply for Expedited/Overnight Payments)
  • Create and manage payees - send payments to anyone anywhere, 24/7
  • Pay from multiple eligible checking accounts
  • Receive your actual bills using NEW eBill technology
  • Create rules for handling recurring and automatic payments
  • Categorize your payments and use flexible reporting options to keep track of your finances

Secure eMail Support

Columbia Bank is always ready to answer your questions...in person at any of our convenient branch locations...over the phone through our Customer Service Center...and now online through our new Secure eMail Support. Using the same security standards that protect personal Online Banking, our Secure eMail Support is a new and FREE feature available to consumer and business Online Bankers. If you have an active consumer Online Banking account, you can now eMail your account-related inquiries through a safe & secure eMail inbox right from within your Online Banking session. To access and use Secure eMail Support:

  • Log into your secure Online Banking account/li>
  • Access your Secure eMail Inbox from the home menu:
    • For Consumers - Click on "Secure eMail"
    • For Businesses - Click on "Help", then "Live Help"
  • Compose and send your secure eMail
  • Within 48 hours (usually less), you'll receive a secure response from our Customer Service in your Online Banking inbox
  • Always remember: Only eMails sent & received through the Online Banking "Secure eMail" feature are considered "secure"

Expedited Bill Payment

We've all been there before. You need to make a payment immediately or it'll be late. Columbia Bank is pleased to offer this feature within Online Banking. It allows you to send expedited payments to virtually any payee, anywhere, no later than next day! Expedited Payments allow you to minimize late fees, service disruptions, service reinstatement fees or harm to your credit. We offer you two options:

  • Expedited Electronic Payment
  • Overnight Check Payment

To use this service, simply:

  • Log into your Columbia Bank Online Banking Account
  • Select the "Bill Pay" tab
  • Click on "Expedited Payment" in the main menu
  • Process the Payment

A fee will be charged for each expedited payment. If the merchant accepts electronic payments, the fee will be $5 per payment. If your payee is new to your list or if the payee does not accept electronic payments, an actual check will be generated and shipped FedEx Overnight for $25 per payment (and a FedEx tracking number will be provided). Rest assured that our online Bill Pay database will automatically select the most cost-effective method for you.
