Online Business Banking Token Activation

In order to provide maximum security, Columbia Bank requires a token whenever you are moving money outside the Bank. Here is how your security token works. Each time you approve an ACH or release a wire transfer, you will be asked for your six digit security code. This code will appear only on your designated mobile device. Without this code, the request will not be processed. For added security, this code automatically changes every 30 seconds and can only be used once within a 30 second period. A new code number is required for each transaction.

Important: After installing the app, you must contact our Treasury management group and provide your Credential ID. You may do this one of two ways:

  • Call 201-794-5655 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Sending a secure mail by clicking on "Messages" through Online Banking access and entering "My Credential ID is ___________". Please enter your Credential ID as shown in the app.
