Career Development Program
A two year program designed to enhance the skills of our subject matter experts across the bank. During this time participants will engage in various sessions designed to leverage their expertise and expand in the areas of business acumen, industry knowledge, professional and career skills.
Associate Development Program
A two year rotational program offered to recent college graduates, to introduce them to the Banking Industry and build professional skills that will prepare them for a successful transition into a full time position at Columbia Bank.
Leadership Development Program
A two year Program designed to develop leadership talent across the Bank. Over the two years participants will enhance their skills in the areas of strategic thinking, change management, problem-solving, bank knowledge, emotional intelligence and executive presence.
Summer Intern Program
A twelve week summer program designed to give entering college Juniors and Seniors with exposure to the banking industry. Interns have the opportunity to research and execute on key projects, participate in a variety of engaging training and development sessions, interact with seasoned professionals and all levels of management and network at bank sponsored social functions.
