Columbia Bank Announces The Appointment Of Mark Proudman to 1st Senior Vice President, Retail Banking
FAIR LAWN, NJ – August 18, 2017 – Thomas J. Kemly, President and CEO of Columbia Bank, is pleased to announce that Mark Proudman has been appointed 1st Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. In his new position, he will continue to manage the bank’s statewide branch network, including new branch site development.
Prior to joining Columbia Bank in 1996 as Regional Branch Administrator for the bank’s Central New Jersey Region, Mr. Proudman served in a similar capacity at Central Jersey Bank, NatWest Bank and Fleet Bank. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Branch Administration in 2009.
“Mark Proudman brings to his new position extensive bank management experience,” Mr. Kemly said. “Mark is a well-known figure in banking, business and community affairs, volunteering his time in support of Habitat for Humanity, the March of Dimes and the United Way.” Mr. Proudman has previously served as chairman of the Woodbridge Chamber of Commerce, as a commissioner of the Old Bridge Redevelopment Agency and as treasurer of the Old Bridge Economic Development Commission. He resides with his family in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
