Columbia Bank Foundation Grant Funds New Hope Community Ministries Food Pantry Upgrade
Support Will Help Renovate the New Hope Community Ministries Food Pantry
FAIR LAWN, NJ – June 24, 2019 New Hope Community Ministries has received a $20,150 grant from the Columbia Bank Foundation to renovate their food pantry, which provides meals to approximately 650 local residents. The grant will provide much needed facility upgrades that will improve accessibility and safety within the pantry. Additionally, the renovations will create greater privacy through additional counseling and waiting spaces.
“We are proud to assist New Hope Community Ministries and their mission to move those in need to self-sufficiency,” said Thomas J. Kemly, President and CEO of Columbia Bank. “It is our hope that this renovation will create a safer, more efficient space for all.”
