Columbia Bank Offers Support To Mortgage Customers
FAIR LAWN, NJ – March 30, 2020 – Columbia Bank has recently announced a Mortgage Deferral Program for mortgage customers experiencing hardship as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Through the program, borrowers may be eligible to defer mortgage payments for up to three months.

Applicants should supply a letter describing their hardship and proof of unemployment, layoff, business closure, reduced hours or mandatory absences. Owners of businesses required to be closed should provide a copy of their professional license.
