 This limited time offer is available for the purchase of 1-4 family primary residences located in New Jersey. Program availability is limited to purchase money mortgages with a maximum sales price of $999,999. Purchase transactions subject to a “Mansion Tax” are prohibited. Minimum loan amount of $100,000.
