First Jersey Title Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbia Bank, recently received two prestigious industry service awards.  First Jersey was named a ”Top 10 Agent” by First American Title Insurance Company and a “Premier Agent” by Old Republic Title.  In both cases, the awards were presented for outstanding client service
