In Celebration of Women’s History Month, Columbia Bank and Dress for Success® Partner to Create Women’s Empowerment Career Fair

In honor of Women’s History Month, Columbia Bank and Dress for Success® have joined forces to host a “Women’s Empowerment Career Fair," to assist women seeking employment in the banking business. Taking place on March 23, 2023, from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM at the Hilton East Brunswick Hotel, located at Three Tower Center Boulevard, East Brunswick, New Jersey, the public dynamic job fair, which is open to the public, will include a variety of workshops, training seminars, networking opportunities and more.

Complimentary career development resources and job readiness support will be offered, including:

Resume Reviewing – Participants will receive a one-on-one expert resume review, with skilled Columbia Bank job recruiters.

Top Tips for Successful Interviewing Skills Seminar - A Columbia Bank instructor-led session from 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM, will provide advice on how to make a persuasive first impression, and confidently
market ones skills at an interview.

A Day in the Life Discussions - Columbia Bank professionals will discuss the various roles of financial services, and share daily experiences and responsibilities.

Job Placements - Columbia Bank recruiters will be on site to present immediate, available employment positions at the Bank.

Additionally, Columbia Bank has donated $10,000 to Dress For Success, to help provide career readiness assets and programs to women globally, and assist the unemployed and underemployed to achieve economic independence.
