Let's Work Together To Avoid Fraud.

Keeping your accounts safe is Columbia Bank’s top priority.

Columbia Bank customers and non-customers are receiving fraudulent phone calls from individuals spoofing Columbia Bank’s and Columbia Financial’s Investor Relations phone numbers. If you receive a call appearing to be from a phone number belonging to Columbia Bank, Columbia Financial, Inc., Columbia Bank Investor Relations, or any of its affiliates asking for information, such as credit card or debit card information, online banking information, social security number, account number, or any other personal identifying information or account information, this call is not coming from Columbia Bank or any of its affiliates.

As a reminder, Columbia Bank or any of its affiliates will NEVER call you and ask for your account information or one-time code for Online or Mobile Banking, digital wallet activation, and more.

Scammers may call you pretending to be Columbia Bank

Tips To Know:

  • When you are sent a one-time code for Online or Mobile Banking, digital wallet activation, and more that code is for you only
  • If you are asked for a code, it could be a scammer trying to access your account
  • We will never ask you for your debit card PIN, username, or password
